Ron Williamson, Chief Operating Officer

Ron is an operations' executive with over 25 years senior level experience in Fortune 100 companies as well as early stage start up organizations. He has held executive level positions with Victoria's Secret Direct, Netflix, GSI Commerce/eBay, and Time Warner. Ron was SVP/General Manager at LiveOps, instrumental in leading its growth from a few hundred work from home virtual agents, to a workforce of over 20,000 virtual agents.  He has provided expertise to several early stage start-ups including uSell, COURE Group, and RedCap.  Expertise includes strategic corporate strategies, increasing sales and profits, multi million dollar P&L development and management, multi channel processes, consumer and client service quality improvement. Ron holds a Bachelors Degree from Bowling Green State University, a Masters Degree and Doctorate Course work from the University of Toledo.
